How It Works

Complete Pre-Work
Two weeks before the session, each attendee completes three pre-work assignments (~90 min total). The facilitator reviews all responses before the session begins.
Session Day
Five hours of structured working time. A facilitator guides production — this is not a lecture. All eight documents delivered to your team within 24 hours.

A pre-read covering the regulatory and compliance landscape for physician practices using AI, including AMA guidance on AI in clinical decision-making, OIG advisory opinions, and prior authorization AI requirements, so facilitated time is not spent on background.

A structured walkthrough of your technology stack. Identify every tool with an AI component, what it does, and what decisions it influences.
Current-State Self-Assessment
A brief scorecard that establishes your governance starting point. Each attendee completes this independently so the facilitator can map gaps before the session begins.

Owns governance commitments and operational accountability for the 90-day roadmap.

What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel before pre-work materials are sent (two weeks before the session). If pre-work has been delivered, cancellations receive a credit toward a rescheduled session. No cash refunds after pre-work delivery.
How does scheduling work?
Contact us with your care setting and the dates that work for your team, and we'll confirm a date with you. Plan on at least two weeks of lead time, since pre-work goes out two weeks before the session.
What does 'up to 3 attendees per organization' mean?
The price is per organization. Up to three people from your organization may attend the session for that one price.
What format is the session?
Virtual. The full day runs approximately five hours live with structured breaks. This is a working session, and every block ends with a real artifact your team owns.
Our organization receives RHT funding. Are we eligible for reduced pricing?
Yes. Organizations receiving Rural Health Transformation Program funding are eligible for reduced pricing at $3,500 per organization. Mention it when you contact us to schedule.
When do we receive our artifacts?
All eight governance documents are delivered to your team within 24 hours of the session close.
